Experiencing weird crashes? Take these steps first.
If you're experiencing strange crashes when logging into Faeria or otherwise, it's possible that your app cache has become corrupted.

This is simple to fix by doing the following:

1) Quit the game
2) Go to C:\Users\[username]\AppData\LocalLow\Abrakam\Faeria\Abrakam
3) Delete everything in that folder
4) Restart the game and reconnect

OR

If you're able to access the settings menu in game, the "clear cache" button deletes the exact files mentioned above. Click that and restart the game.

This may fix your problem.

If it does not, please contact [email protected]

Thank you!

On Linux the cache directory is
~/.config/unity3d/Abrakam/Faeria/Abrakam

The new expansion introduced a bug in Linux, an error message pops up, with exit as the only option. The failure doesn't seem to be graphics related, as the games seemingly continues to work in the background. Cleaning the cache doesn't work.,.. please fix!

Having exactly the same problem over here on Ubuntu 18.04. Faeria used to run perfectly fine until I got the update. Already reinstalled and cleared the cache, both things didn't fix it.

Also getting this game-breaking bug on Linux after reinstalling this game for the first time in a long time. Also the error message just being "Error" is a real mark of quality. Thanks.

I haven't bought the new DLC yet, but since the release I can't play the game anymore. After starting Faeria the message "It seems you are not connected to the Internet. Reconnecting..." shows up. I have already followed the instruction above and reinstalled the game, also restarted Steam. Nothing changed. (OS: Fedora 29)

Same for me :(
Did one of you tried to send a bug report to faeria website?

The devs were made aware shortly after release by a report on Discord. https://steamcommunity.com/app/397060/discussions/0/1678063648151779420/#c1678063648154431668
