It's not a match-3 game in the standard sense. You arrange the order of tiles, and then you emit a pulse from them, which travels. This is handled by the right and left mouse buttons, respectively.

But I'm trying to play it 2 player. What's the default for using the tiles with a keyboard?

That I don't remember offhand. It should be something you can both see and rebind in the controls menu.
