Anyway, here some advice I'd give: (maybe someone else got better)
-at least 8GB RAM (better more if it is shared with "GPU")
-make sure "GPU" is supported (does not need to be much more than that)
-fast HDD/SSD helps (at least with load-times)
-CPU is most important, so make sure it can run at high frequency under load (unlike that latest apple design...again...). Usually a good I5/7 is recommended.
I won't point you to something more specific. There are plenty of options and I wouldn't know what to recommend anyway. Manufacturer usually just matters for quality/service/support and you should not pay extra for a brand unless you know why.
But any laptop with a intel i7 and nvidia/amd graphics will work fine. (dont buy a laptop with intel graphics.)
What did you find? No matter what someone here recommends you will not know if their recommendation is good. You will have to do your own research to make sure.
Try asking here: (its a forum)

6gb video ram for TF is fine really on medium and slow down for 1060 not too bad so far in late game..
but more the better! those big maps are awesome.
Go for AMD, loads of games run better on them even now. Something I forgot about.
Also your have to take the back plate off,...
They are so loud otherwise!!
Get yourself some USB fans too :D
Make sure you have 2 steam libraries, and use SSD For game load of TF; it can take forever otherwise.
In retrospect desktop are cheaper, and more powerful .. this was an expensive mistake.
It must have shown you the top contenders in the gaming laptop field. So what now?

make sure you research and ideally hear the laptop running something taxing ( like 3d demos / heaven / 3dmark etc )
They usually have terrible cooling.. but like I say with teh back plate off it won't thermally throttle so much and crash if it gets above 92-95c and with teh usb fans, its really quiet
If you do take the back plate off ( make sure anything you sit the laptop on solid things that will not melt and in a good position of the chasis ( ie not usb connectors ))
