why can't i join any server???

i've been waiting for like 20 minutes for a quick match and dual front and also for the event but the game cannot find any server or mission to join??
what is wrong with this game??

When you cancel matchmaking does shooting range come up and if it does when you click on it does it error out. If so good luck playing the game again its a matchmaking issue they keep ignoring on R6 Fix. It makes the game almost completely unplayable havent been able to get into a game for days
