Hacked and lost CS:GO skins
I was hacked and can still access my account, the hacker traded away my skins from CS:GO and I can see who he traded them to by looking at my recent activity. The skins are no longer in the persons inventory so im guessing he either traded them or sold them. is there anything steam can do about this to get my items back and how do i stop the hacker from accessing this account again?

change account email and password.

contact steam support and hope you can get your skins back (works sometimes but not alot)

and without my permission while i was connected it send the same message to all my contacts steam and it also appears in all my friends steam page as comment

is there a way to get my inventory back ? someone just stole like 40€ of weapons skin

If they Hijacked your account they will give you back your items (Only a one time thing, next time your on your own). If you traded them they will not.

hey bro i need to pay my life, my house, 40€ can help me to eat like 2 or 3 weeks maybe you don't know that you live at your parent's house

how do you know that are you sure ?


also i needd to precise that my items aren't in my recent activities i didn't found any trade or something just disappear

Yeye, you need the cash to buy food and you're buying worthless digital items for some game. Seems reasonable :P

Yes i got some hobbies in life like everyone and i need 2 months of salary to spend 40€

It says all over steam not to click links you can't trust, you know what I run to protect myself? No script on firefox + adblock plus. No script will stop the virus script from running, assuming you dont allow it or manually run the file. adblock gets rid of the crap on the internet. Don't click links you aren't certain of.

Mail Steam support, you get items back 99%.

Takes 1-2 months sometimes. They have to track down every item to make sure no one profits from it.

i just lost my hole inventory i got home and people where typing where is your knife and items and i was like wtf i did go check my inventory and i had 0 items i did go to trade history and all my items where traded to this guy http://steamcommunity.com/id/infestationconta13 he logged in my account and traded all items to him self :( the guy changed name to this CSGOJackpot | Deposit [#3]

How do i contact steam support so i can get my items back? i lost like 300 erou in skins :(
