Why we get this problem
i got problem london tournament race. after i restrict 60fps and force vsync and it works but i get this problem in bangkok reverse tournament race again. what should i do ?

I have this problem too, but i don't know how to fix that

I solve that problem now. I changed video settings like that: https://imgur.com/a/OBaYlcG
It works for me. You can try like that.
