loud on some games but not others but smooth fps
this is a really big pet peeve so i dont really play these games but i would if it was quieter i dont know if its the cpu or gpu

on GTA 5 online lowest settings it runs 60fps most of the time and no sound at all
but on sleeping dogs definitive edition lowest settings its loud but playable but 60fps too
on dead rising 3 lowest settings its unplayable it sounds like a jet taking off and i cant stand it please help

also does OC increase the noise it makes ?

mine does this as well. Its normal. It depends on the game. Not sure what the taxing component of the particular game is.

Dead Rising 3 isn't optimised for getting frame rates higher than 30fps so disabling the built in cap really isn't recommended.

It runs a lot quieter on mine than most AAA titles at high settings, 720p, frame rate cap engaged.

Also on another note, that game is far more CPU bound.
