First bonfire in undead crypt, just after the elevator from Amana. Right before the staircase leading into the actual crypt is a nice rectangular space for fight clubs.

Just want to say that I like to challenge myself and do cosplays in-game (hollow soldier, hollow infantry, etc.) so I'll probably be easy to beat. Best of luck to all of you.
