hi guys. sorry to advertise through you, but it's something for everyone really. I've set up a group called Team Fortress 2tors. This group is to teach new players how to play the game and help them through various ways, such as giving away spare items and setting up practical, in-game situations. This group isn't just TF2 based though, and it's also rather new. Thank you to those who've read this comment

As of now, I gave the ok for the techs to perform their maintenance about 45 minutes ago, they have not responded. I am going to bed, so I have given the ticket info to Zlee and Lokgundam (Gundam288), and they will be monitoring it.

After a one and a half hour maintenance, the lag has returned worse than it was before. I've spoken with tech representatives, and they believe it is a hardware issue. They are going to run some tests to make sure the hardware is working properly, and this test should take no longer than an hour, they say.
