LEslien813 Heist usually doesn't crash trying checking its audio range if you have to high range the game sometimes wont load properly, but past that you can do the usually run a defrag on it, verify intergity of cache and those usually solve most small problems larger ones like fallout 3 driver require you to go on the web and look up a fix for it but if you have any troubleshooting i'll be glad to help you any way i can.
