Partial Fix Released

There's still an issue on Valve's end with some items missing from the schema, so you'll see a lot of "Unknown Item" and question marks in your inventory, but... better than nothing? Once Valve fixes it from their end, it should work without any further update required from me.

@ACCFfan: Valve broke the WebAPI endpoint that provides item information in the recent update. We'll just have to wait for Valve to fix that, or if you're technically adept, redirect the appropriate requests to your own copy.

Ideally, the item manager should do some client-side caching in the future as a fallback when the API takes a dump.

Jengerer: Items aren't missing, you have to make multiple requests now -- pass the value of result.next from GetSchemaItems as a "start" parameter.
