Can you create a bot that pays for strange parts too?

Whenever I try to sell my strange flaamethrower With parts and such, it won't let me trade it. It just makes me make an offer. the bot wont Accept it if i don't put the right amount of scrap. I put in 1 scrap less than the baackpack.tf value of it cuz it says that it buys for a little less and it won't Accept... why is this happening?

Hi, I was hoping I could use this to sell my Stranges, but whenever I add one the trade says waiting for [insert bot here] and then crashes saying the trade has expired. Any help with this issue would be appriciated :)

To everybody complaining about blacklisted items, I have decided to remove ALL stranges from the blacklist, there just really isn't a reason to have them there anyway.
