Since were an army I have been thinking of an rank system. I will start with the ranks and you do not have to change your name unless you want to. We will go under this (PAD rank)

Ranks
Cadet (new members will be a cadet for 1-3 weeks) -PAD C-
Private (3 weeks to 1 month) -Pad Pri-
Corporal (1 month to 2 months) -Pad Cor-
Sergeant (2months to 3 months) -Pad Ser-
Warrent Officer 3-4 months -Pad Wo-
Lieutenent (3 weeks to 1 month) -Pad Lie-
Captain (senior members) -Pad Cap-
Major (moderators) -Pad Maj-
Brigadier (people above moderators) -Pad Bri-
Lieutenent General (Admin) -Pad L.Gen-
General (my second in charge or someone like bunny) -Pad Gen-
Field Marshal (Owner) -Pad FMar-
