A random like 20y/o I played rust with bought me mount and blade warband in 2014 when I had mentioned it was my birthday. Saw a video of NW and the siege defenses, joined an EU regiment at the time and the rest is history

I watched Malakith videos of 77y sieges in the summer of 2012. Once we got the game in Janurary 2013, my brother joined a EU reg where we both would play. After that I started to play PC more and put more hours into Warband.

I think I was watching some letsplay youtuber named koopra play the campaign for like a year in like 2011 or 2012. finally got a hold of moms credit card and got it for myself. transitioned to NW after a while and got recruited in to some tiny larper reg off like 63e siege.

Started playing in 7th grade in 2016, and now I'm in college and just got reminded of my time in the game by this group. Joined 63e and 15e and loved every event, it felt so nice to take part in massive line battles and especially the sieges. It's ridiculous to me how this game faded out of my life considering I've slapped 2000+ hours into it, but life moves on I guess. I would love to come back for one event and just have a proper good bye with a lot of others who have grown up but would like to experience a little bit of their past again.

I watched BaronVonGamez a lot when I was a kid and he uploaded a video about Mount & Blade playing on Minisiege and how much fun it was. I grew really interested in the muskets with all the white smoke and the huge battles. My parents bought me the game in late 2014, but I didn't start actively playing until 2015. Too bad my first regiment was the 63e.
