The current state of the game is deeply disappointing and far from acceptable. It suffers from frequent crashes, severe lag, inconsistent frame rates, and numerous other performance issues that significantly impair the user experience. Despite these ongoing problems, the development team has shown a troubling lack of responsiveness and transparency.

Critical bugs that have been reported by the community remain unaddressed for extended periods. In addition, characters, items, and even entire servers have been removed without any prior notice or communication—resulting in lost progress and a growing sense of frustration among dedicated players.

Customer support has proven to be unhelpful and dismissive. Players seeking assistance are routinely met with automated replies redirecting them to the official website, where they are forced to submit tickets that go unanswered. This cycle of neglect not only wastes players' time but also demonstrates a clear disregard for the community’s concerns.

The developers’ continued inaction, combined with a lack of meaningful updates or transparency, gives the impression that they are either unwilling or incapable of maintaining the game. The loss of servers without restoration, the persistent technical issues, and the lack of support create a user experience that feels abandoned and disrespected.

A significant overhaul in communication, technical support, and development priorities is urgently needed if the game is to regain the trust of its player base.
