Microjitters can be a result of many things like game camera being ♥♥♥♥♥, recording software being faulty, or, the likely thing in her case, microadjustments for the recoil pattern of the gun used. Meanwhile I haven't seen a clip of your gameplay of at the very least THE FINALS, not even speaking of Quake. In fact, instead of showing gameplay, you literally went private on Sream after a few encounters with Sam.
And I know I'm trash at the game - I never try to improve because I literally don't need to. I'd rather play something like Helldivers 2 or Deep Rock and improve in those games.

She is a cheater. I played Quake on a skill level than not you nor anyone of your pathetic friendlist noobs ever seen or experienced. She is blatantly using anti recoil scripts as base and toggles aimbot when needed. The anti recoil is so obvious due to constant micro stutters repeating in the same pattern over and over again. Typical sign of this kind of software when not setup 100% well. I've seen this many times on people confirmed to have cronus zen devices on controllers and mouse built in recoil scripts. You wouldn't recognize a cheater even if you saw their cheat engine on screen. Not to mention the constant looking at people through walls and locking to them through walls randomly. She ♥♥♥♥♥♥ up by posting that video back then in the comments.

2. P_Sam isn't a youtuber, nor is she a cheater. She is just a genuinely good player. I can tell this because I was the one who got her into THE FINALS alongside a different friend of mine. She has played this game enough to know how to adjust her mindset in order to win most of the time. I myself am not a good player (nor am I an avid PVP player, I generally prefer PVP games), but I know how to detect cheaters when I see them. Just because you played Quake some time ago doesn't mean you are magically the ruler of all PVP games, especially considering how far they've come in concepts and mechanics.
You should genuinely take a breather and just think of what you can do to not only become a better player, but also a better person. Ad hominems will never get you far.
