Niger 
Chug Jug responds well when put under pressure – but prefers not to be pressurized all the time. Chug Jug is capable of planning and sequencing own work, but does not yet do so consistently. When work is planned, usually works systematically towards objectives. Uses the hands or hand-tools reasonably well, but has not not yet achieved fully mastery and control, and still struggles with detail and new processes. Interested in learning about other people and the world, but tends to let others ask the questions and find the answers.
