This game is like a 3D Deadcells/binding of isaac/or Enter the Gungeon, alot more intense and of course alot of dodging. You will love this game Solo and with friends since you can play 1-4. Give it a try definetely, it'll test your reflexes and make you crave to explore the difference beautiful levels they've made.
WATCH VIDEOS IF UNSURE, it does have a quick play option if you have no friends (same). And they are updating, constantly, so its giving us amazing feed back since the game is still technically being developed as we speak. But it is a beaut.
