Arrowhead are too good for us, and buying this is a good way to support the hard working development team. It feels rare that we get to see a team like them nowadays, so this ensures that we get to keep them around.

The items themselves are neat to novel, with The Knight SMG being the true unique item you unlock. At this point, you are now given the free Warbond token that I'm definitely using to help keep my Super Credits afloat with the ODST and Dust Devil warbonds releasing within weeks of each other.

One last note for any new players, please finish Helldivers Mobilise before you go ahead and use the warbond token. You'd be better off having a grasp of the main gear before you go ahead and unlock another warbond.

So, I got into this series because of Max0r and started with 5. With steam sales on, I decided to pick up the rest of the games to experience the story. I went into all of these games blind so I could have the true experience. . . for better or for worse.

Devil May Cry 1:
Overall, a very good experience. It has been a while since I finished this one now, but I do remember it being quite shocking at first getting used to the game, since it adopted some gameplay elements from the early Resident Evil games which I wasn't prepared for. So on that note, sometimes the true antagonist of the game was the camera you were forced to work with, letting some bosses almost completely obscure your vision :). Again, overall a positive experience, bosses were definitely challenging and most of the learning curve was simply getting used to the game after only playing 5 at that point.

Devil May Cry 2:
♥♥♥♥, ♥♥♥♥, ♥♥♥♥, ♥♥♥♥, ♥♥♥♥, ♥♥♥♥, ♥♥♥♥, ♥♥♥♥, ♥♥♥♥, ♥♥♥♥, ♥♥♥♥, ♥♥♥♥, ♥♥♥♥, ♥♥♥♥, ♥♥♥♥, ♥♥♥♥. They weren't ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ kidding about this game. I don't think I've ever been caught almost SLEEPING while playing a game before.

I understand that there was quite the development hell behind this title, but that won't change just how arse the game was. It forgoes the ability system of the last game in favour of just making your weapons stronger. Swords work, yeah, however they're almost completely made redundant because of the guns in this game.

If you want to actively use the swords where you can, I will shake your hand and wish you luck, because not only are the guns basically superior, but certain enemies and bosses in this game are completely designed around guns being the only source of damage. Not to mention it feels like other enemies/bosses were designed with the devs forgetting that guns exist? and that we can just outrange them because of that?

The story just made no ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ sense either, and you know what, that's probably because I didn't play through the Lucia content. I can see the argument made that I did not fully play the game, and of course the story makes no sense when I only played half of it, but I just ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ hated what I played already so much that I couldn't bring myself to play, nor care about the other half of the game.

Devil May Cry 3:
Thank goodness, a game that doesn't make me want to smash my head through the wall. Many positive things make a return to this instalment: funny Dante, learning abilities again, good story telling, the list could go on. Being now an older game in this generation, it does fall short in some minor aspects, mainly involving the camera, and subsequently some of the controls because of that. Nothing overly game ruining.

Very enjoyable cast of characters, with Vergil's and Lady's first appearances and a challenging cast of bosses as well. This game has tremendous replay value to it as well, not only sport two playable characters for your choosing, but with Dante's four unique styles at the start of the game, and the later two that you unlock. Unless I'm just unaware of grinding the levels faster, it took me basically the entire game to max out swordmaster, meaning that Dante himself brings the most replay value to the table to max out the six styles.

There isn't too much I can say about this games negatives, because it would be unfair to single out the games refine when it came out in 2005. My only nit pick is that the game doesn't explain anywhere what the difference between "Gold" and "Yellow" mean in the menu, which is a pretty big thing to not explain when gold allows you to have level checkpoints and yellow will send you back to the start of the level if you die.

Overall, another good experience with the Devil May Cry franchise, and I'm looking forward to finally playing 4 now.

I LOVE THIS GAME

Now to start off, I just want to say that the money I paid for this game was totally worth it!
I have been wanting the game since it came out on my birthday (Das right bois, my birthday every years COD release date)
and I have enjoyed every minute of my playtime.

CAMPAIGN - I love ETH3N, (but in all seriousness) I love where this story is going (as I have just started it) and I died so many times trying to crash myself into the SDF ships XD.

MULTIPLAYER - Now even though PC cod players only play TDM, with the mission team objectives I feel like I am actually trying to get something or somewhere objectivly in any gamemode I get to play. Even though BO3 did do this through the black market contracts, I feel like it didn't do it as well as IW has done it with them changing literally everytime you complete one.

ZOMBIES - This is a...... different take of zombje story that Infinity Ward has taken. I am going to be honest here, I was a bit stingy at the idea of Zombies in a amusement park in space near the 1980's at first, but know that I understand how to story is progressing, it is something I could get behind. Of course, its story will never match what BO3 had and I will like bo3's alot more than this, but I will enjoy playing it and its story.

Now people are going to hate me on this, but I am starting to prefer this over BO3. Now don't get me wrong, I will always go to bo3 for some good zombies, but this game (in my perspective) has a better multiplier experiende and an amazing campaign story (besides, you can't honestly say that bo3's campaign wasn't at all anti-climatic)
Now, I can't say this is a perfect COD title, I mean almost three months into its life and there are no leardboards, custom emblems, only ever TDM is really played (which is just how PC players are) it still gives me an amazing experiende with all the different features and modes (Campaign-Multiplayer-Zombies) and I would gladly stay with this game for a couple years and buy its season pass if I had the money.

The different difficulties include NA (not avaliable) when a level isn't given a diffifulty yet
Auto which you can just sit back and watch the magic unfold
Easy for beginers or that don't want a challenge
Normal for players with experience with this game type
Hard for players that want a challenge
Harder for people that want more of a challenge
Insane for people who know how to play the game
And last
DEMON the hardest mode in the game, where most players get to atleast 5% and just rage quit.

All together the main game has two Easy levels, two Normal levels, two Hard levels, five Harder levels, six Insane levels and three DEMON levels, that you get rewards for completing each of the levels.
