Been through the entire GDF campaign and almost at the end of the Dynasty, all in insane difficulty. Didn't play multiplayer or skirmish yet, tho i played a handful of matches during the early access months ago.

What to say, a true spiritual successor of Command and Conquer and 90" RTS games. You love GDI and Nod ? This game is for you.

Both factions have a lot of choices of Infantry and Vehicules to mess with, base building and ressources gathering differs too. A Doctrine tree adds a bit more depth to a match, allowing you to improve aspects of your faction.

Just try it, it's lovely. ALSO THE SOUNDTRACK IS A BANGER.

Thank you for coming to my Tedtalk

Very good, amazing atmosphere, driving is arcady but some tracks are very tricky nonetheless. Also i liked the cheesy live action cutscenes / story. Yes it's half-cringy all the time, but it feels somewhat innocent and genuine in the meaning it's trying to have. Better than Unbound for instance.
Best modern Need For Speed in my opinion.

Early Access Review
One of my favorite game of 2024, never have i put so many hours into a game without realizing it.
60 hours later i can't recommend enough this game.

Survival game with a lot of possibilites, discovering new items / mechanics as well as exploring the handcrafted Cascade Center was a delightful pleasure. At first i was worried that the game wasn't generated procedurally or whatever but the more you expand the accessible map, the more you understand how well crafted it is. Multiple sectors end up linked together, wandering around will grant you with items and shortcuts. You can settle your bases pretty much anywhere, you'll end up calling home what was once another frightening corridor.

Of course it is a coop game, quite a good load of fun. Just make sure to pay attention to the game, or you might miss some things. The game is definitely enjoyable solo as well.

And finally, what a great atmosphere. An hommage to old school Half-life with research labs, offices with aliens, military and i won't spoil more. It even has some SCP Foundation inspiration. I am in love with the theme in the main menu and Office sector. Eerie sciency vibe.

I can't wait to see what Deep Field has planned for Abiotic factor :)

So far, so good.

Two months after it's release, Helldivers 2 is set in stone as an amazing, chaotic and everchanging world. The redefinition of what a Game as a service can be, all of that for a fair price.

Gameplay feels amazing, use weapons and ORBITAL BARRAGES to bring democracy to sentient giant bugs, laugh as you see your body thrusted into the air after a hateful automaton robot presented you his 8 rockets.

Enlist now to become ... A Helldiver. *Epic music plays out*

Amazing framework of a game to play games within it, like Garry's mod would in it's time.

Wanna play cards ? Throw dices at your friend ? Play tabletop RPG adventures ? Board games ? Or perhaps you are looking to play Warhammer 40k battles ?

Tabletop Simulator has all of that and even more. Workshop and community are filled with talent, you will find something that suits you.

One of the best RTS game ever made, it's still very enjoyable 20 years later. A must play of the genre.

If only EA would remaster it, or give it a sequel.

To play with friends only.

A fun situation generator where comedy flirts with frightening moments, you will enjoy every moment of laugh and scream at the service of the Company.

Brilliant, thoughtful, introspective, challenging, beautiful.

An intelligent puzzle game.
A narrative tale about the universe, our place in it, what makes us human, how to deal with our errors and grow up, accept death of loved ones.
A beautiful journey in exceptionnal landscapes.
A loveletter to cats.

Talos Principle 2 is a lot of things; it is for sure a great game that you should try and play through.

A free, fan-made, extremely polished and fascinating mod of what could have been an ambitious Episode 3.

From the perspective of a bad guy, you explore the northern activities of the rebellion you used to serve as Gordon Freeman. Lorewise it's great to see a bit more of the Combine inner works; crushing opposition. You will end up in very unexpected places, with even a horror vibe at some point where running away is the best option.

The last act especially, is a great take on where the official story could have gone. I will quote a comment i saw on reddit:
With Marc Laidlaw's Epistle 3 text and Entropy Zero 2, I finished my mourning on Half-Life 3.

Gameplay mechanics are also ingeniously expanded; no spoil. :)

Please, play this. It's great and Free.

You are sent as a rescue team to help a troubled mining ship, like it's another monday morning. But after setting foot on the USG Ishimura itself, you will soon realize that you too, will wish for a rescue.

A classic survival-horror game that still hold up 15 years later. The Remake is definitely one of those modern remakes that don't smell the quickly done work; Graphics are cranked up to modern standard, but some entire areas have been remade. In both cases, old and new rooms will feel just like what you remembered, but in 2023. Isaac is much more relatable as he is talking now, a few dialogues have been updated following this upgrade.

The instinctive and original gameplay has been preserved, with a small update given to the weapon upgrade systems, to match the more recent Dead Space 2.

Thanks to modern computers, the Ishimura itself is now one giant level that you will explore, sometimes with back-track to precedent areas; some of them will be altered and every room you enter, wheter it is for the first or seventh time, will never feel safe.

Necromorphs are an almost constant threat that will keep you on the edge of insanity.

Sometimes it feels like a tabletop rpg where you can immerse yourself in the horror of the ship, exploring it the way you want, fighting the way you prefer with the monsters that roam the ship.

9/10, superbe atmosphere to look at and play in, good gameplay and instant-classic narrative inspired by movies like Alien and The Thing.

I removed one point because 60€ is a bit much for a game you've already played 15 years ago, even tho the amount of work put in it simply transpires.

Better than Callisto Protocol
