Hero Siege Review – A Disappointing Experience Ruined by Crashes, Lag, and a Broken Ban System

I’ve been a long-time player and supporter of Hero Siege. Despite the game's flaws, I’ve stuck around through countless updates, anti-cheat implementations, and seasonal resets. I’ve spent over $300 on in-game cosmetics and microtransactions because I believed in the game's potential.

Unfortunately, my experience has reached a breaking point—and it’s only fair others are warned.

The Problems:

Constant Ping Timeouts & Crashes: Playing on North American servers has been borderline impossible due to frequent ping spikes, disconnections, and random crashes. The game is unplayable for long stretches, and each update only seems to shift the instability around rather than fix it.

Lack of Support & Communication: Reporting these issues has led nowhere. No acknowledgment, no ticket response, no solution. The silence from the development team is deafening, especially considering the money players are pouring in.

Unjustified Ban: Just recently, I was forcibly logged out of my account. I assumed it was yet another crash—until I tried logging back in and was met with a ban message. No explanation. No warning. Just "banned." Apparently, my account was "logged in somewhere else" right before it happened. Who? Where? Why?

This isn't just frustrating—it’s alarming. Especially when I've never cheated, never exploited, and have played legitimately since day one.

So now what?
Is this how Hero Siege treats loyal, paying customers? Am I really going to have to escalate this to Steam Support and potentially file a legal dispute over access to my paid content and account?

Final Verdict: 1/5

Hero Siege had promise, but it’s crumbling under poor server infrastructure, zero customer support, and an anti-cheat system that bans innocent players without due process. I cannot in good conscience recommend this game to anyone in its current state.

This game is for people with no skill! Swipe swipe for no PVP no real end goal okay say you have a fully pimped out unit! What the ♥♥♥♥ do you do with it at the end compete to make a hideout that doesn’t matter! Add some rainbow flags and rail jack each other! Also you can’t use the damn moto until you suck deviri mods from your bank account! I can’t wait for Warfarm 2 where we can compete with each other over who spent the most amount of money/time doing endless amounts of Gayming! This is a real classic banger! I’m ready to devote my ass to this game!

A Monument to Missed Potential

I've followed this game since its earliest incarnation—Lineage Eternal, through its evolution into Project TL, and now finally Throne and Liberty. Sadly, what could have been a flagship MMO experience has been reduced to yet another soulless cash grab.

This game is a 100% Pay-to-Win mobile-first title disguised as a PC MMO. Every design choice screams monetization over gameplay, from power-boosting cash shop items to systems that favor whales and punish free or casual players. The artistic soul that once seemed to drive development is completely gone—replaced with mechanics designed to squeeze as much money as possible out of unsuspecting players.

It’s heartbreaking to see how far this game has fallen. Throne and Liberty had potential, but it sold out. It's not made for gamers—it's made for profit.

1/5 – A cautionary tale of what happens when passion gives way to greed.

Title: Counter Strike Global Offensive 2: A Haven for Cheaters

Counter Strike Global Offensive 2 (CSGO 2) is a perfect example of a game that prioritizes profit over player experience. From its lackluster graphics to its uninspired gameplay, this so-called sequel fails to deliver on every front. But perhaps its most egregious flaw is its blatant disregard for cheaters, turning what could have been a competitive gaming experience into a cesspool of frustration and disappointment.

Let's start with the gameplay itself. CSGO 2 feels like a lazy rehash of its predecessor, with minimal improvements and innovation. The graphics are outdated, the mechanics are clunky, and the maps are uninspired. It's as if the developers took the original game, slapped a "2" on it, and called it a day.

But the real issue lies in the rampant cheating that plagues the game. Despite numerous reports from players, CSGO 2's developers have shown a shocking lack of concern when it comes to dealing with cheaters. Cheating runs rampant on their platform, with aimbots, wallhacks, and other hacks ruining the experience for legitimate players.

The worst part is that CSGO 2's developers seem to turn a blind eye to this problem. Instead of implementing robust anti-cheat measures, they seem content to let cheaters run amok, ruining the experience for everyone else. It's clear that they care more about lining their pockets than creating a fair and enjoyable gaming environment.

To make matters worse, the community surrounding CSGO 2 is toxic and unwelcoming. Instead of banding together to combat cheating, players are more likely to hurl insults and accusations at each other. It's a sad state of affairs when the community is just as toxic as the game itself.

In conclusion, Counter Strike Global Offensive 2 is a disgrace of a game. With its lackluster gameplay, outdated graphics, and rampant cheating problem, it fails to live up to even the lowest of expectations. Save yourself the frustration and avoid this game at all costs. Unless, of course, you enjoy being constantly matched against cheaters and having your gaming experience ruined.

They need to fix the issues on there end; I have a insane GPU and Computer this game runs so poorly. The stutters and frame drops make screen issues a nightmare its completely unplayable. Worse than "Tarkov" when it first released...

I am very disappointed because I waited almost a month from release to play this game with hopes all the issues would be addressed and that they would make this game playable.

Not worth $70.00 Dollars I wouldn't play this game if it was free because of the poor performance issues. Also forcing you to run EA launcher in the back is absurd. Everything that could have gone wrong in the development of this game has and it shows. Wild Hearts has creative style adjustments from Monster Hunter, It's still a clone with few adjustments, much less monsters, and a few quality of life changes but they still couldn't get it right.

Over all 3 out of 10.

HARD PASS.

Cool game options poor player abuse monetizing everything in this game. Could have been a great game I played the beta to lvl 37 thought the game play was good. Problem is the release is nothing like what we had access to its a complete micro transaction might as well play Diablo immortal, or go play last epoch that has no multi player still. CAN NOT WAIT FOR POE 2 and DIABLO 4!

Fun Card Game, if you want to wait forever for people to slow roll or people that have bad connections from Asia this game is also played on IOS and Android, keep that in mind.

They need to have some way to communicate with your opponent and its really bad for people that are just learning the game and are new, there are so many cards make sure to read up on what decks are popular if you plan on playing competitively.

Overall the game is based on luck and who can combo out the biggest Monster first etc.

Lots of options and the game is solid but the platform can use some improvements!!
