All of the negative reviews about diagonal pogo are comedic because you literally get vertical pogo with the Crest of the Wanderer later on.

The Half Life 3 we never got. Interesting idea, perfectly executed, was very fun the whole way through.

I've played SL since late 2021, and it can be very fun - but Northwood dubiously listens to feedback and often forgets that this is an SCP game, not CS:GO.
One of the most glaring issues is the surface zone, which is literally pasted from a 2012 singleplayer game - same with SCP-049's model.
Yet what does NW do? Rework things that needed it the least (such as keycards) and add new items that don't affect the game in a positive way. For instance, SCP-127 (AKA the living gun) has regenerating ammo, gives the user Hume Shield and upgrades at certain kill milestones - paired with anti-cola you'd need an entire spawnwave to take them down.
Personally what I find the most frustrating is how little attention the playable SCPs get - if the entire SCP team isn't perfectly coordinated then it's very unlikely that they can survive the sheer firepower that humans have (and are still being given). Additionally, for reference, the last playable SCP was (re)added in 2018.
Humans can also be frustrating to play as - most notably, there's very little incentive for facility guards to not kill D-class on sight, even if they're compliant (unless the server rules prohibit this, which they very rarely do).

Although it's in early access and costs 10$, it has plenty of content, and replayability is one of the key points.
The visuals have a charming old-school style, the combat is fun (and can get quite chaotic), not to mention the character creation and classes/skills/whatnot are seemingly simple, yet very fun to mess around with.
Can't wait for future updates, and I highly recommend getting it.

Although Mascot Horror can be low-quality sometimes, this is probably THE best game of that genre I've seen yet.
Rambley was animated and voiced very well, the music's very good (the credits theme had no right to be such a banger) and the game's fun.
Will definitely buy it when chapter 2 comes out.

A very interesting indie game that asks the question of what Russian roulette would be like if a shotgun was used instead of a revolver.
I love everything about it, ranging from the music, to the lo-fi visual style, to the character of the Dealer, despite him not saying much.
I highly recommend the 3 bucks the game costs, since it's very unique and has plenty of replayability.

An incredible game, with a melancholy story and environment, fantastic soundtrack and fun combat.
Some parts can be frustrating to newer players, but it's a part of the genre and you'll get over it.
There is also a pretty sizeable modding community, and randomizers can be a fun challenge once you know the game well.

Play it if you don't care about your sanity.
