After spending over 10,000 hrs in Team Fortress 2, It’s finally time to give my honest review.
Even in 2025, TF2 remains surprisingly strong. For a game released in 2007, its community is still thriving, and Valve continues to keep it alive with updates, events, and consistent support.

I’ll admit I never fully mastered the game, but its strengths are undeniable: unique classes that genuinely change how you play, matches that don’t take themselves too seriously, and a level of teamwork that most shooters still struggle to replicate.

On top of that, TF2 has one of the most unique trading ecosystems ever created. The economy is practically a game of its own hats, unusuals, collectibles, and items with history behind them. You can spend hours flipping items, negotiating deals, or just watching the market evolve. It’s a strange, chaotic, and surprisingly deep system that’s kept thousands of players engaged for years. Whether you're casually trading cosmetics or diving into high-tier items, the trading scene adds an extra layer of replayability that no other shooter really offers.

Whether you want quick matches, casual fun, a relaxed competitive experience with friends, or even an entire side-hobby through trading, TF2 still delivers. It’s stylish, varied, endlessly replayable, and absolutely worth revisiting in 2025.
