I just started playing The Last of Us Part II after finishing up the first game. Right off the bat, it feels pretty similar in terms of gameplay and overall vibe. That gritty, tense atmosphere is still there, and the world still feels brutal and broken, in a good way. But after a few hours in, here are some key things that stood out to me.

Visuals
This game is absolutely top-tier when it comes to graphics. Everything looks incredible — from the overgrown cities to the little details inside buildings, it all feels really well done. You can tell a ton of care went into making the world feel alive. Honestly, just walking around and soaking in the atmosphere is half the fun sometimes.

Gameplay
The gameplay itself is solid. Combat feels smooth, and there’s a good mix of stealth and action. It’s intense when it needs to be, and it keeps you on your toes. Nothing groundbreaking, but it works, and it fits the world well.

Story
Now the story is where things fall apart for me. It feels out of touch and way too drawn out. There are moments where it tries way too hard to make a statement, and it ends up coming off more like it’s preaching at you than telling a compelling story. Some of the emotional beats feel forced, and after a while, I honestly started zoning out during the cut scenes. It gets tiring. Like, yes, we get it, you're in love, you're sad, the world sucks. Can we move on? I found myself wanting to skip the story just to get back to the actual gameplay.

At the end of the day, I do recommend you play it for the game, not the story. If I could put a rating of 7.5 out of 10 I would.

Great game! I was looking for a game like Dragon Force and ran into this one. Nothing like Dragon Force outside of the artwork, this game brought me 40 plus hour of gaming. I could not put it down! More like Advanced Wars, but medieval times.

Hands down the best game from the early 2000s. Going back in playing this game in 2020, still fun and a ride everyone should experience

Hands down one of the best Resident Evil games. Its scary as hell and a great story. The graphics are amazing and the puzzles are fun. Should buy gold edition because the main game seems very short.

Pros:

Great Story
Great Graphics
Fun Game play

Cons:

Not long enough
Need DLCs to kind of finish the story and lose ends

This game is alot like R.U.S.E or Wargame. It can be fun when doing the missions, but mutiplayer seems a lot like counterstrike.

Pros: Good amount of units and nice maps.
Fun to play solo missions
Options to play different styles of battle.

Cons: Lots of units you have to manage at once
Conquest style is not good for the game. You can lose by not even having to fight, but just not holding more ground.

Overall its a good game if you can get it for 19.95

If you grew up with Panzer General or Steel Panther, this is the game for you! I only bought it because of the great reviews. After playing 2 hours, I can see this is one of the best turn base games in a long time. This game does add some new stuff to the turn base world to make it a little more complex, but not to much. Get this game!

I just got this game the other day and I most say, its very fun. Takes me back to the early 90s where Panzer general was my game of choice. Some of these maps and missions due remind me and look alot like the old Panzer General. I think this game is the best remake to be close to Panzer General.

If you like Panzer general you going to love this game.

Pro:

Great Maps

Nice units

Great missions that make you think and earn your way.

Game allows you to keep 20 units ( Core units ) and grow them throughout the game.

Very long game, you can play Germany, Allies, Russia.

Cons:

It was made for touch screen, so confirming every move gets old.

Fighter Bombers can't be a fighter, just a bomber.

I would have loved to see the action screen ( Battle Movie) when in a battle. Some turn this off, but wish this was moved over from the old DS version.

Wish the units on the map had a little more detail in color. Some of the bombers are just one color. They look like plastic one color toys on the board.
