I really like playing through episodic games, including games like Telltales The Walking Dead and Life is Strange. Even though The Council is not as great as those two games (imo), I thought most of the story was good, it was fun and entertaining to play through.

In The Council, you play as Louis de Richet, who has been invited to a private island along with other guests, but a lot of mysterious things happen once you set foot in the manor, including finding out that his mother has gone missing. A lot of mystery and manipulation does happen on the island, sometimes leaving you wondering if you can even trust anyone.

Pros about the game:
-The first episode is very good, and I think it will make you want to play through more of the story.
-Great RPG elements You can level up skills in the game to help you do certain things like confront/manipulate other people, and find items that can help you out.
-Failing an encounter does not mean game over, but it can result in consequences. If you don't like game overs, there are none in this game.
-The characters interesting, and they are all keeping some secrets to themselves.
-Good soundtrack, really sets the tone for this game.
-George Washington!

Cons:
-The story does have this weird twist at the 4th episode, if you want to know what I mean: You find out that Louis's dad is some sort of demon who can use mind control... no, I'm not making this up I still enjoyed the 4th and 5th episodes, it's just that I didn't expect the game's story to twist in that direction.
-I thought the final episode was rushed a bit (some animations that I saw looked unfinished)
-The lip syncing is pretty bad.
-Some puzzles are really difficult and you may have to look up how to solve them like I did, this is what I disliked the most about this game.

I'm not sure if I would recommend The Council to other people because of it's flaws, but overall it's a good game.

Celeste is one of the best platformers I've ever played!

This game was so much fun, that I actually played this for 12 hours straight and completed the main story... no I'm not kidding. During that long playthrough, I never felt like I got bored, and never gave up on the challenging quest to climb Celeste Mountain.

The two main things I really liked about this game is the difficulty, and the subtle messages this game teaches. When you are playing through the levels, there's usually a challenge most of the time, but it will never feel impossible. Getting past the obstacles feels really rewarding, and you won't have to worry if you die a lot because instead of lives, there will be a death counter instead (I have died a lot of times)

I won't spoil too much about these messages, but this game portrays anxiety and depression in a pretty clever way that I haven't seen in another platforming games! It plays a huge part in the story, and (in my opinion) is one of the most memorable things about Celeste.

Also, the soundtrack sounds wonderful and I liked all of the tracks in the game. I strongly reccomend playing this game to the end.

Although this game is really short, it was fun to play through! Oxenfree is like a mix of Poltergeist, mystery, and drama altogether, with a pretty good story and characters that you'll probably get invested into. I also liked that the horror is not too over the top, while still feeling dark at the same time.

I'm not really sure if I would play the game again for different choices/acheivements because sometimes walking slowly can be a bit annoying, but it is a game worth trying out!

This is one of the best games I have ever played! I really enjoyed playing through all of it.

Everything about OneShot is just astounding, the clever story, characters, music. My favourite part about the game is how it just destroys the 4th wall, how Niko and other characters will talk to you throughout the game. That's why it made me care a lot, because OneShot pulls you into the story in such a creative way. It made me care about Niko.

I also admit, OneShot played with my emotions, and at the ending, tears welled up in my eyes. The only other time when I felt that sad playing a video game was when I played the ending of Telltale's The Walking Dead.

OneShot is a game I will never forget, I would recommend to anyone looking for a great story based game.

Finally got over it, and it just took me over 12 hours. This game is fun, but very frustrating. Sometimes I would just swing the hammer wildly at different things and laugh for a bit. Other times I would fall down a very difficult section ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ Orange Hell! and slam my mouse on my desk. Even though I fell down a ton of times, or got angry, or EVEN got jumpscared, I still climbed until I reached the end, and I'm glad I did.

I would recommend Getting Over It to anyone looking for a challenging game.

Ellie has the most realistic ass scratching I've seen in a video game. Great game! 10/10

Someone recommended this game for me, so I bought it, and played a bit of it so far. I do like this game, and it's gameplay. I only put in a few hours, so I'm not great, but I'm improving. If you're thinking of playing this game for more than 15-20 hours, you should not buy the Starter version.
