Steps to make bad choices for your game :

1) Charge the players "AA" price (around 40 euros)
2) Notice there isn't much money coming in
3) Instead of looking for issues, add a subscription system with "TemTem Plus", locking necessary options behind a paywall
4) People get angry but not enough so that it is a problem
5) Literally add a Battlepass and cashshop cosmetics
6) ??????
7) Grab the last cash you can from a declining game

Next step is probably F2P anyway.

Edit : Devs like to ban on their forums and ingame for just expressing yourself about the state of the game.
