this bad boy can fit so many f###in feels in it man. a solid addition to the "games that made me cry" list

i put this game in the same category as tank mechanic and house flipper. its nowhere near realistic, but its nice to just turn your brain off. i say again, don't play this if you're looking for accuracy. that's World of Guns.

never did i think i needed the fishing section of animal crossing in a game, and yet here i am. thank you, lame developer.

this game is a messy, janky, hunk of junk. but its a hunk of a junk with character. Never before have I felt such hatred for my fellow man until this game, wherein I blew them into smithereens using Revolutionary Robotics' turrets. But the raw power of being able to just clean wipe a map with nothing but your two hands and get a damn near perfect score with paperwork makes my heart skip. 10/10, looking forward to the UE4 port.

I've given this game a good long play. And my review for this game is as follows:
If you're in it for the story? Absolutely buy it.
If you're in it for GTAO? Avoid like the plague.

The long answer is this:
GTA:V's story still holds up even after 10 1/2 year's of ageing, much like how GTA:IV has (bar the bugs, the poor port) The three character Stories both with and without each other are perfectly done with both funny and kind of heartbreaking moments. They could of done more with North Yankton, but that's mainly due to the fact that all of their time went to GTAO.

Speaking of which. GTA:O on PC is a mess of hyper-inflated cars, hackers, shoddy security code, and missing features. We don't have Animals, money sharing, or half the sh*t console does. You practically need to play Online with a VPN on 24/7 just so some absolute tin can can't grab your IP with his free mod menu. Speaking of, the game's anti-cheat was recently removed entirely from PC, meaning that you can eff this game up with Cheat Engine and some know-how. This is in start contrast to the Console Editions of the game (inc. the "Enhanced Edition") where cheating is much less of a problem to my knowledge. btw these files are included in the steam download so the game's like 110 GB. I don't care that modern games are big, do us all a favour and optimise. The cost of anything new now ranges in the millions, meaning that shark cards are straight worthless in terms of cost/cash ratio. The GTA$10,000,000 card, for $70/£60, can buy you 1 fully upgraded facility, or about 50% an oppressor Mk.II (assuming you're starting with nothing.)

If you're seriously in the need for that open world online? Just Play RD:O (though I've heard it aint better) or just wait for GTA:VI. F*ck Rockstar and F*ck the troglodytes who worship them. I'm done here.

I'm updating my review due to how the devs have left it. for the most part, they've abandoned this game for their other WIP game tank squad. In the mean time, the only tanks covered in good detail are the DLC tanks and the M4A3E8 Sherman and tiger 1. the quality of models for the Russian tanks is atrocious with the engine being just a solid block at its base and the suspension being very lazily modelled. the restoration itself is heavily simplified, if not wrong. certain pieces that absolutely should not be restored with a rust gun and sand blaster are able to, and vice versa.

until work resumes on this game, i cannot recommend it in its current state. and this breaks my heart because you can tell how much effort went into their later designs. with spark-plugs and nubbins and all. of course its simplified, but you can watch a hollowed husk turn into a pristine model fit for your museum and i love this loop. But until they either give us the tools to fix this ourselves or deal with these glaring inaccuracies, i wont recommend this to anyone unless its heavily discounted.

a delete all button would be nice. I hadn't played since last year, and in that time i'd forgotten entirely about this game. I wanted to start off fresh with a couple of friends and bike about for the new content. turns out you cant do that because the devs have either made it impossible or stupidly difficult to delete all of your account data. They also give you mid to end game weaponry just for shilling for the DLC.

I love this game, I really do, but as someone returning to the game I really cant recommend this. wait for the execs to pull the stick out their cracks and actually get the devs to do something other than milk the dying fanbase.

A delightfully simple game, cleaning up old derelict stations and tracks as you work up from dead-end stations to grand imperial stations built like mighty monoliths. Though I have my gripes with the graphics (including the menu and the graphical options being painfully simple) its truly a wonderful game to just sit back and relax to.
