Enfin fini les parties vides (remplacement par des Bots, c'est toujours ça), un gameplay nouveau et addictif ! Un vrai jeu qui permet une meilleure coopération avec les escouades !

After several hours on this game as Lizardmen, I can only approve this game !
The new game mechanics are really good, AI doesn't suck and it is a real challenge to achieve the Vortex first !
You love Total War ? Go for it !
You love Warhammer ? Go for it !

I've seen a lot a people complaining about this game. I waited so long for this game but I did not pre-ordered it (it pisses me off). Well, finally after a lot of reading and watching walkthrough, I decided to buy it. Here is what I think :

+ YEAH +
- This game is UNIQUE: politics is the center of this construction game. I've never seen it before. So people complaning about the lack of construction in this game: yeah, you knew it! It was said a lot by the developers. I like politics and this game shows something interesting!
- Long-life game: this game will provide hours of gaming. Each game will be totally different by your actions, your family and what happens. Maybe not totally at the beginning because some reforms are useful for your city ... But when Era II comes, it changes everything.
- Difficulty is gowing slowly more and more difficult ... Era III was a pain in the ass.
- You'll need skills to get your reforms done after Era III because you'll get more parties (up to 6-7) with different opinions, different support of the population (their vote depends about the time but also what your city provides ! More you get schools, the less extremists have chances to get votes).
- You get A LOT OF different events that can TOTALLY have an impact on the city: accepting a Lama from a contry, entering in a group of extremists to help your city become independant, chosing a wife etc... A real diversity which makes every game unique.

+/- Why not but ... +/-
- Didacticial: not so useful. Not mandatory also.
- Scenarios: according to me, I did not find fun about it. It can be appreciated for some of you.

- NO NO NO ! -
- Only 4 families? Seriously? And you ALWAYS begin with the same character ... I would like to get more families and in each family, have a choice of at least 3 different people (because they give bonuses and malus to your city). Seriously, please! -> Be aware that ALL families are unlocked at the beginning of the game so you don't have to play hours to choose.
- Public services: really really expensive. And sometimes I don't get bonuses from them. You say Gas help factories, but I've never seen mine getting more money. You'll get hard times guy to get perfect city quickly by upgrading it! You'll need to wait a long time before getting enough money to invest ... Unless politics accept your idea to raise taxes +10% in a year (they can accept +1/2% sometimes).
- ONLY 3 MAPS! ARE YOU SERIOUS ???


Conclusion:
The game may not be, according to me, worth 45€. I did not ask for refund because I have fun with it and I hope they'll get us good upgrades (not DLCs guys). I think this game is worth 20/25€ for the moment (22/01/17).
There's a REAL potential about this game. It is UNIQUE because of the system: politics before construction which is really good.
I got hope. I give you a 5/7

The music reminds me of a great game called Apotheon. Quite a nice job!

Buy it for only those reasons :
1) Get the music from a perfect video game called Apotheon
2) Support the team of Apotheon
3) Get a rest listening cool music.
4) You don't know what to do with your money.

Après seulement quelques heures de jeu, je me sens obligé de noter ce jeu. Sachez que j'ai découvert sa sortie quelques jours auparavant et que je n'étais pas un joueur attendant "un super jeu".

Tout d'abord, il faut reconnaitre la qualité du jeu, tant au niveau des graphismes que du gameplay. Les touches sont très intuitives ce qui permet une prise en main très rapide ! On apprécie parcourir chacune des cartes que l'on rencontre. La beauté vient des animations mais aussi de l'arrière-plan travaillé et reflétant parfaitement l'univers de la Grèce Antique !

Concernant l'histoire, elle tient debout. Vous vous réveillez au début d'une guerre entre les hommes parce que vos dieux vous ont abandonné ! Vous devenez alors le seul espoir de votre peuple. Bon, c'est classique comme début, il faut le reconnaitre. J'aurais aimé avoir un début un peu plus original ... Mais bon, au moins le décor est planté et vous êtes lancé directement dans l'action ! Pas d'énigmes à résoudre (bon, de temps en temps il y a un peu de réflexion nécessaire mais rien de méchant) mais une bonne dextérité sera nécessaire pour certains scénarii (notamment dans les Enfers).

Je conseille vivement ce jeu pour les amoureux de la Grèce Antique (enfin un jeu attrayant et addictif pour nous !) ainsi que toute personne qui aime les jeux biens travaillés et où l'histoire est le coeur du jeu !

EDIT 1 : Petit oubli et certainement le point faible du jeu, il n'est qu'en anglais ... Du coup, il faut modifier quelques touches dans les options pour configurer sous format AZERTY. Par contre, le niveau requis pour comprendre le jeu n'est pas très élevé. Un niveau moyen (lycée) suffira.
