this is game where you shoot fetus's out of your stomach that hold swords and then proceeds to blow up in someones face. i honestly wanna blow my brains out sometimes but then if i did it would probably end up being an item in this game. you end up fighting your fat mum as a boss then fight satan as a crying child. i enjoy this agme when i actually get a good run 9/10
