crap game, has had bugs and issues that haven't been fixed in 7 years, and the game keeps getting worse as it gets updated

update august 2021: game still hasn't fixed issues from 2013
update december 2022: game is fixing a few issues, but major core ones are still present. dlcs are becoming smaller and are being released more slowly

note, reviews are meant to be read by people who want to like, buy the game right? thus new people, and the absolute biggest issues with gta online are ones that majorly affect new players. if you cheat money and just play content you actually want to play without concern for grinding then it's more fun. even then however you deal with the issues related to the networking, griefing using cheats, matchmaking, game balance, dead content, and so on

i can drink and drive without having to go to real jail, and that alone makes this game very good

It has the deepest and most complex resource managament i have experienced
The subtle political comments and subtones really makes the game flourish as something more than what meets the eye

This game is deeply thought provoking and intensely immersive

Judging this game on a scale from 1-10 would be a shame
as it would breakt this scale by being a 15
