SEGA needs to fix the save mechanics. When people can straight up permanently LOSE pre-order and event items due to corrupt save data, you know there's a seriously fundamental problem with the game.

I have a lot of hope for this game. It has all the charisma and charm that the Sonic franchise thrives on. But until they fix this critical flaw in the game's code, I cannot recommend it.
