Fun city builder. When I first launched it, I don't think I took a break for 16 hours straight. However, I found it different than a civ game in the fact that you wouldn't necessarily want to replay it multiple times. Worth it if bought on sale but I wouldn't pay the current full price tag of $80 CAD.

Waited a decade for another skate game and they delivered this soulless monstrosity :(
The painful tutorial and narrator, the bugs and crashing which make it almost unplayable... The game play itself feels different and too sanitized. Your board is like a magnet to enter a grind, which is fine to make it easier for new players but it takes away the challenge and at the same time makes it more difficult when you get sucked into something you never intended to do.
This plays like a Tony Hawk game with flick controls, instead of a Skate. game

if you have a great amount of patience, this game can be both relaxing and frustrating. I've put 30 hours into the game and find some animals to be extremely difficult to take down. Although, it doesn't take away from the relaxing, slow-paced (but adrenaline-filled) game-play. Turn this on after a stressful day of work or school to wind down and it'll do the trick!

There is also lore to this game to be discovered, which I have yet to do much of, and I think a story line of some sort, which I haven't touched. I just play it as a sandbox and to level up my skills, upgrade guns, and hunt new game.

They re-made the multiplayer version but left the Single Player out of it.
The single player NEEDS a re-make. The atmosphere, soundtrack, eerie feel of the whole ship, and the excellent story involving Mr. X... It's amazing!!!! Such an underrated game, and in my opinion, despite all the strangeness to the whole game, is PERFECT.

Not to mention the insane plot twist at the end of the game.

If I knew anything about developing games, I would do it myself, because that's how much this game moved me.

for whatever reason they increased the price of the game for Canada. I recommend only buy when goes on sale, this game has many many flaws in the gameplay and writing yet its the same price as the Full first subnautica game

40 hours into LOTRO and I have barely scratched the surface of the content in this game, it is unbelievable how much there is to do. I saw on a other review that "the community is dead except in the higher levels". That just simply is not true, as I was starting the game I came across many other low-levels and I asked them if it was there first time playing or if its a new character and all of them responded saying it was their first time or that they were old players returning. I believe after this free quest pack giveaway that they have done it has drawn in many new players and with COVID-19 everyone is at home anyways so its a perfect time to start.

People are missing the point of this game. It's an indie game listed for sale at $1. It's not meant to be an amazing game with great controls, it's meant to be exactly what it is. The fact this game has no checkpoints and you have to start ALLL the way from the start adds to the flavour. Makes it very challenging.
