After double-checking your account’s details, it looks like both the avatar and name being used were not a good fit for a Steam profile. They were removed in accordance with our Global Rules & Guidelines.

As a courtesy, though, I’ve lifted the bans early. You should now be able to upload a new image as your avatar and choose a new name. We ask that you please make sure that your choices fall within our guidelines.
