The Devs want you to be completely broke in-game to force to pay real money to get anywhere. Then there's the singular premium vehicles that are up to $70 each on top of that. All of the post WWII vehicles in the thumbnails of this store page all take many countless hours to get, because they want you to spend the tens of $100's that it would take to unlock them. They only want you to have fun if you spend money to get there, otherwise the grind is a full time job. For the Dev's greed, I can no longer recommend this game.

They downgraded the whole game to sell copies on the Quest 2. I don't recommend this game anymore.

I think I need to spend more time in game form a properly informed opinion. Need less to say I'll be spending countless more hours running, gunning, driving, shooting, missing, killing, and most importantly.... dieing.

That being said Arma 3 is an incredibly fuliling game. From casual ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ around, to hardcore roleplaying and milsim and everything in between. Theres almost no other game like Arma. It's huge sandbox is capable of most anything you can imagine. It's realistic ballistics are incredible and one of the best features of the game. It's ability to be modded allows the modding community to provide you with always varied gameplay. All of these features and many more are the reasons Arma is one of my most favorite games and the game I think I've ever played the most of.

Arma is also incredibly demanding in several aspects. The most important of which is hardware. Even a gaming PC that can play most other games on ultra without missing a beat, May still have trouble with this game. This game is considerably CPU intensive. Stick with intel processors over AMD processors. Even on Standard to High settings my OC'd FX-8350 4.8GHz CPU and GTX 770 has trouble getting a consistent 30 fps on highly populated servers. Currently, My new i7-6700K and GTX 980 TI have no problems maintaining 60fps.

10/10 would waste life again (more like will).
