I'm only 5 hours in but so far so good.
I'm getting a steady 70fps on 4k with settings maxed with DLSS: quallity and RTX off.
If I turn on RTX I still get around 55 fps but the game stutters.
If you've enjoyed previous batman games you'll most likely enjoy this too.

-the combat is different but it's still good
-the story seems good so far, voice acting is great as always
-graphics look great for me (equal to arkham Knight, maybe slightly better)
-I prefer Batman as a character but having 4 new playable characters instead is actually surprisingly nice
