good, fun game. but im not going to lie. im a little disappointed the only viable build in the game is just get as much luck and xp as humanly possible, your character of choice really has nothing to do with it

They turned one of the greatest games all time into literal spyware

the combat is fun, i mean it IS a monster hunter game. that being said the fight are much easier and shorter and with all of the QOL improvements to make things less annoying they brought a lot of crap that makes me wanna pound my head against a wall. ill start with the absurd amount of fluff. the constant cutscenes and talking. older gen games had you do the most boring crap and talking right off the rip with some talking between key quests and urgents but now its EVERY quest had so much talking and a cutscene. luckily you can skip through it but some you cant for some reason. Also theres this awkward pause between npc line it makes the conversations feel fake as hell, same when you need to say something just a 3-4 seconds pause when you get to pick an option. npc- "you ready to go?"............................................................................................................................................................... me- "yes". Theres also a lot of useless follow sections where you cant control your character that could really be summed up in a cutscene. Some of them were about 4 minutes of "wow that bird is so pretty. wow that monster is so pretty. wow those flowers are so pretty"
Not being able to turn tutorials off is annoying and the option to turn off repeat tutorials would help if it actually worked, i was told about thirteen times in one quest about hot drinks. And no matter how much i used dung pod or held back to make the message go away it just kept popping up. it wouldnt be all that bad if i didnt have "left trigger to aim right trigger to fire" plastered right in the middle of my screen for an entire fight. now i know everyone is complaining about optimization, and theyre right. alot of people make fun of those complaints but not everyone has a brand new cpu and gpu. i have no issues but the game really doesnt look good, especially to have the requirements it does. I mean its a minimum (if any) improvement from world, graphics wise. Next the felyne voices are AWFUL, just bone curdling cringe, like a grown woman saying "neow" turns me inside out so cringe. luckily you can turn it off but thats an experience i really wish i could forget.

the game waited 5 hours to give me the tutorial on a bbq, about 4 hours after ive already used and the tut continues to pop up

why does the game wait til im in combat to flood my screen with useless tutorials or to tell me i have lucky vouchers. im not going to use them im still low rank for christs sake

there is absolutely no reason on the planet you can justify 45$ skins

No hackers
Doesn't require all my time and attention to make progress
people aren't getting copyright strikes for uploading videos of modded gameplay
devs aren't catering to crybaby streamers

9.9/10 please add coop so my friends can suffer with me

Another roguelite with insane builds and damage potential 10/10 please never balance

abandonware with multiplayer that doesnt work. fun and easy to jam but once you experience the 10 or so songs the game has to offer it gets boring, and theres no way to add more song or sounds and the devs have already said they wont add that feature
