An absolutely breathtaking atmosphere with gritty visuals. The music in this game blends perfectly with the visuals. I appreciate that they don't force the intended pixel amount if you want to take in the truly wonderful world building they'd done, while also having it there to get you out of your comfort zone-because the setting with the least pixels makes it impossible to tell if that thing in the distance is something to fear, or just in your imagination. It does suck that it is the "intended" setting, though, since you can't really appreciate the details in everything when it all kind of blends together. I played on the middle setting, giving me the ability to look around me and take it all in, while also limiting my viewing distance still. Love this game and totally worth the $12.99 in my eyes, even though I kinda speedran it in 2.6hrs.

I went into this with high expectations and oh boy, were they met. I was really worried that I was going to be let down, since that's all games do nowadays. But at the same time, I had confidence that this game was going to be good despite the era of gaming we are in. Thankfully, the devs made another masterpiece of a game, and I can confidently say that every hour and penny spent on this game was worth it. Mili also came through with a fantastic soundtrack just like the last game. The vocal tracks are definitely the better ones in the game, just because they fit the setting so well and have so much emotion. I can't really say if the first or second game is better, but I think they're more on the same level of absolute masterpieces. I can't glaze this game, or the first game enough. They're are on my top 5 games I've ever played, I'm pretty sure. Now, there are some minor drawbacks to this game (like any game of course), but I'll chock it up as a skill issue since I played the game on hard since the beginning on my first run through. But, I'll admit some things were a little annoying, like when I input something, but it doesn't go through and I get hit or something. This could honestly just be something on my end and not a game issue. Either way, minor annoyances and all, fantastic game, can't praise it enough. 100/10.

Very fun. You can play it solo, but considering that most fights take a bit if you have to prioritize dodging and attacking a boss, it becomes hard to make the level 15 goal and/or get a good weapon before the end of day 2. I recommend playing with at least one friend or a random if you have to. 10x more fun, quicker, but also easier (good or bad thing, depending on what you want).

Looked cool in the beta, but I don't actually own the full game, so I can't say how it is LULE. Why can I even write a review? 😭🙏

Zero content (explains the name), so it just gets boring after you've had your fun. Mods sorta helped, but not really.

(I haven't played in a while but things COULD be different, but I wouldn't count on it)

♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ publisher, great dev studio. It's incredibly infuriating that this game still can't be bought in +100 countries across the world. I love the game, and would love to see this changed in the future. Sadly, it's hard to see that happening. o7 to all my fellow helldivers who can't dive.

I think this is a fantastic game to play with your friends. It's scary (At times at least) and it's fun. The only downside is that I wish there was a bit more content but they're bound to add more so it's not really that big of a deal.

Edit: This game kind of got old pretty quick, and with a lack of new content, it's just kind of something that sits in my library collecting non-existent dust.
