But when we're talking about "trash talk" - there are no ways to clear this out. So the system just simply... accept this report. Anyone can lower anyone's behavior score without any proof. So... LOOK HERE AGAIN: I'm being reported for TRASH TALK being ALREADY muted. That's how dumb system and the people are.

1. Pos 1 and 2 happens to get more reports then other roles, just because they are the first one to blame (it may be sometimes logical, but not in the cases where the player is just played bad. But we are talking about Dota 2 game, full of stupid people, so they clicking ALL the buttons in the report section (I saw this a couple of times on Twitch). So, player can be muted just for not freaking reason.
