Como este perfil no tiene nada interesante voy a enseñar a hacer tortas fritas.

Ingredientes:
500 gr harina común
2 cucharadas grasa vacuna o manteca
1 cucharita sal
250 cc agua caliente
Aceite o grasa con para freír

Pasos:
1) Poner en un bowl la harina con la sal, en el centro añadir la grasa derretida o a temperatura ambiente, luego el agua
2) Amasar bien, formar bollos, luego estirar, pinchar con tenedor o realizar un corte en el centro, freír en abundante aceite bien caliente.
3) Espolvorear con azúcar o almíbar a gusto.
