The game is incredibly fun if I'm being honest, and has pretty good anti-cheat. never once have I encountered a cheater in this game

You see how many hours i have? That's just how much time I've wasted waiting for the stupid launcher to even work, it's been stuck at 0% and doesn't even do anything, I've checked task manager and there wasn't even any disk activity from the launcher, it just sat there at 0% and where the play or start button is just said waiting, for 11 HOURS.

Edit: You can't even log in on their site, steam or not, so even if want to file a report, you can't, BECAUSE YOU CAN'T LOG IN and if you do have an account, you need to change your password, and here's the thing, you can't even change your password, it always says that the format or form is wrong even though i followed the 10-16 alphanumerical limit and didn't even add special characters
