Do not buy this game. Take Two Interactive does not deserve any revenue from this IP whatsoever. Consider looking for Kitten Space Agency when it releases.

When I was a kid, the only video game I ever saw my father playing was Civilization 3. When I picked up Civ 6, I was hooked immediately. I'd argue that this game with its DLC is a far better experience than Civ VII currently offers.

Picture yourself as God. You are the harbinger of what will and what will not exist. This is not even 1/10th of the power you are capable of- and up against- in this game, which is still criminally addicting even after all this time.

The Tetris Effect is a very real thing, and this game has brought it to a level where it feels like its ruining my life.

This is one of those "looks can be deceiving" games. It looks dead simple on the surface: run around, kill zombies, die one way or another, repeat. But the mechanics at play no matter what settings you choose are seriously impressive. Everything you do (or don't do) creates new challenges for your future self, even though it feels like nothing can stop you.

This game is worth the anguish you'll feel from losing a 6 month character. Losing is fun.

after playing ETG and Binding of Isaac, this game feels like a let down. you're better off booting up a touhou game and saving yourself the money, because you're not missing out on anything.

if you're a sniper main and don't mind the story taking 60 hours, this game is for you. a bit rough around the edges on AMD GPUs, but what can ya do
