Homestuck [www.homestuck.com] is about some kids who enter a videogame before their planet is destroyed. They meet an alien race called Trolls & become Gods, sorta. Its whacky. A lot of the story later in the site utilized Flash videos for interactive portions and videos, so the experience isn't what it used to be.
Prequel [www.prequeladventure.com] is a comic about a Khajeet who is leaving her former life behind to start anew. It starts out rough for her but it'll get better in time.
I AM ARG! [iamarg.com] is a humor strip "filled to the brim with jokes about gaming, geek culture girls and Genitalia." Quoted from his own site. It is on hiatus and hasn't been updated in a few years now, but it has good laughs.
