Let me address this. That would be a bad move and let me tell you why. I work law enforcement at a mall and you’d do no such thing on my watch. And while he may be acting uncivil, technically he hasn’t broken any ordinance but cutting in line certainly would be. By doing so you’d risk a public reprimand, some stern words, possibly being asked to leave, and actually banned in the worst case (with supervisor approval). So you can ask him to move, but no maam, you will not be cutting in line.
