I got this before it came to Steam. Aug 10, 2013.
Back then it was a blue truck in an infinite grid.

It has constantly improved over the years. I find myself in awe sometimes. It has a full career (just click the greyed out box), it has most any kind of thing you'd want to do in a car. It runs the cars I design in automation. It is insane how far this game has come in the last 12 years. All my sim controllers work.

I can't give beam enough praise.

I have a beefy, beefy PC. But some people have performance issues. I forget to leave reviews so much, but with them adding the heavy machinery, I looked back on my time in beam and wouldn't trade it.

Game is fun, but manually backup your own save. Lost all the progress on a crash.

No rolling saves. No save safety nets.

The update today ( April 16, 2025 ) made the small wheel mount work, and dealt with some other small issues.
It's pretty fun. Not many players yet. Somehow have a spot on the top of the leader board with my silly creations.

8 hours into the game on the first night, i decided I was grabbing this no matter what it was because this game is worth $$. I like the confetti and colors that were a bonus.

I can't believe how satisfying and fun this game is. Genuinely. Scratches brain itch so well.

This game isn't for everyone.

BUT IT IS ABSOLUTELY FOR ME!
Ever wondered what your fighting game skill would be if your brain was connected directly to the game?

You know you can beat that one friend if you could just quit missing that quartercircle input? Want to play a fighting game with someone 40 years older than you but them have a chance?

This was an absolute blast, I did need to lower the timer to 20 seconds, but we played 2 hours on first session. Got 4 good fights in. This is a really good game. I'm ha[[y it was in the Godot showcase I saw. Very very cool game.

Unfortunately, this game doesn't work multiplayer. We all grabbed it. Even went to the devs discord with unanswered messages. I'd avoid for now.

Dev actively fixing issues, working with players after a forced break from dev. Excited to see what comes next.

Barely into it. Just 5 hours deep. Enjoying all the side quests. Its funny. Its nostalgic. I'm not upset I got the Alex Murphy Edition.

If you enjoy RoboCop, it's for you. If you're not a RoboCop fan, I'd consider something else.

*10 Hours deep and its still hilarious. Slow paced, but I am an old man who doesn't mind.

It's obvs early access. There have been problems, but they are currently quickly addressing them.

I've enjoyed my time so far. If you like space mmo builders, hop on in.
