The initial simplicity of this game belies a surprisingly complex game with puzzles around every corner, a legitimate need to have a notebook to track things/clues/leads and a game that's a combination zen-like escape/head-scratcher puzzle game. The rougelike aspects both frustrate and delight. This game absolute captures that "one more run" vibe, and also yields so many "What do you mean that was in plain sight the entire time" moments. This is a fantastic experience and I highly recommend it. Help Simon P. Jones earn his inheritance.

This is an artsy game that misses the mark. Short, unfortunately just "Click the things" it fails to convey its point. I have nothing against art games, or games with a message, but this one did absolutely nothing other than take 16 minutes of my time, in which I beat the game, and do nothing to provoke, question, challenge, or .... anything.

Have a few minutes to burn? Want a palate cleanser before tackling your next 60 hour grind? This game will very much offer you everything you could want when it comes to retro goodness. This is a love letter to the elder days of gaming and it is incredibly well done. The games all pay homage but also stand on their own. Some are simple arcade-y, some are incredibly deep. For the price point, it is _very much_ a steal. Grab it, love it.

If you're looking for old-school PS1/2 RPG goodness, this is your jam. A spiritual successor to the Suikoden games, it hits all the notes. It even has some of the older limitations (saving only at inns or at points in the dungeons, not even on the overworld map) that may drive you crazy to this day. Still, it's an interesting world, decent music, and leaves the door open for further adventures. I'm glad I played it and am waiting for the DLC to spend some more time in the world.

One word of caution: If you're trying to 100% or at least find all the characters, then some of the mini-games are not fun, and you'll likely want to consult an FAQ to get everyone. Still, definitely worth the price of admission.

It's a fun little distraction, will take you less than an hour. For a bite-sized game, it's amusing.

An addictive conglomeration of minigames and lite action, handled well. It deceptively lulls you into that "just one more dive" state. Highly recommended, even the kids like watching me play it.

If you're craving old-school original Zelda goodness and challenge, look no further. This is a great package: Gameplay, puzzles, a delightfully graphic world with good tunes. Warning, though, that if you're looking to 100% this, it's going to take a while., I had to consult a guide for a few of the more esoteric moments (and one where I found out what to do but didn't want to actually decipher the particulars). Overall, a great experience and worth the price of admission.

Early Access Review
This is a bite-sized rogue/bullet-hell morsel that satisfies. A half hour at most, there's enough to keep coming back for some easy time killing. There are some points where it gets a bit boring if you get overpowered early enough to make the enemies trivial, but overall this, for the price, is a no brainer.

While more akin to Kingdom Hearts in gameplay, this was a solid story. Sometimes confusing due to some of the story explained in other non-game sources, this was still worth the ride. What might seem like a brotastic adventure to start with eventually turns into a deep and meaningful story that is around friendship and the bonds we choose to make. While this isn't my favorite FF, it's well worth the price of admission.

Wait for a sale, because this is a short one (3 hours my first run through), but it's a really well done short one. If you like the Portal-like style of "here's a room, figure it out" then you'll be comfortable here. Definitely be prepared to think outside the box.
