Stop using commercial cleaners, detergents, soaps, shampoos, conditioners, dyes, deodorants, etc. They will kill you.
Stop buying commercial foods and drinks, stop using plastic, find a source of water and clean it yourself, find a source a game and hunt it yourself, find a way to grow vegetables and grow them yourself.
Stop living in heavily residential areas, the chemtrails and air quality in general will kill you.
Limit your exposure to radiation, all kind of electronics have it, old smoke alarms have it (google americium)
