This game falls short of what it wishes to offer, and for that reason failed to become a spiritual successor to M&B: Napoleonic Wars. Updates and content are locked behind paywalls, melee is still janky, and game optimization is still poor.

Excellent game and overall a worthy successor to M&B: Napoleonic Wars. There is still some jank in melee, and improvements to graphics optimization, units, etc. are still present, but the devs are in close contact with the community and always open to feedback. I'm really excited to see how this game continues to evolve.
