It's hard to make new ideas, so let's just try to make it again, but worse.

Gone are the days of innovating, developing new IPs and things that were actually enjoyable to play.

Fed to you is the same game, but branded to be this 'new big thing'.

Instead of spending money on corporate games like this, get yourself into indie games. They truly have so much more heart and soul in them, just like Valve USED to have.

Trove is one of the best games I've played. I was born in 2002 and my first game was Halo:CE, I was playing it when I was three years old, so I know a little about videya.

In my sixteen years of being alive I've never found a game so fun and enjoyable as TROVE. This game honestly is a masterpiece and deserves a perfect ten in every category. Story, writing, design, playability. I've been playing World of Warcraft since Cataclysm, (2011) and I've had more fun with Trove in the past two weeks than I have had with the years of WoW. Aside from some ERP on Moon-Guard.

The progression in Trove does not seem rewarding at the start, but once you hit Power Rank 1000 and start to slowly raise your power, strengthen your gear, discover new and innovative ways to farm for the game's currencies you feel accomplished, especially if you solo stuff and do it yourself. Sometimes you will need help though.

I currently, at this time of writing the review, sit at power rank 7000 with a level 23 Revenant. I'm a 2/11 Mythic Antorus Raider on WoW and I feel more accomplished with getting to 7000 than I ever have with my mythic achievements. The game's progression is a little confusing when you get into endgame, such as.. 'how am I going to get so many moon key fragments so i can get all the titan souls'-- But you discover that you need to be stronger to actually properly farm them.

The progression of the game at the start feels.. fast, quick. I believe that's the way the game was designed. You feel good and easy in the start, but it slowly starts to get harder as you rank up and explore the harder worlds. Trove is truly a hard game at heart when you want to be independant. With World of Warcraft. I can solo almost anything besides raids. World of Warcraft does not have that type of progression, it's moreso just do dungeons, do raids, get a legendary.

I've never been more hyped for Trove - Heroes and I am so excited for it to come, unlike World of Warcraft's Battle For Azeroth, it's just so underwhelming and boring. Trove always brings new ideas to the table and never cease to amaze me. What's also fun is doing things with friends who don't take the game as seriously as you. It's fun to see a player named Nibajew running around claiming that he is carrying, when he is 1% of the damage while you're doing 99%. Oh well, you can't really help people like that.

I would say Trove is like reading Mein Kampf without knowing German.

A perfect 10/10.

This game is amazing, though for a small map there can be alot of things. There's either players or bandits. Mostly players but still.. I killed a bear with a m4 and I got raw chicken breast. 10/10
