Early Access Review

Pros

* Bastante contenido (más de 200 canciones, como 218)
* Vuelve el modo Half Double
* Tiene varios ajustes de offset
* Soporta ASIO
* Soporta FPS ilimitados
* Los bgas están remasterizados/rehechos y se ven sublimes
* Los audios tambien fueron masterizados (gargoyle ya no se escucha pésimo por ejemplo)
* Leaderboards
* Desbloqueos de temas por nivel
* Desbloqueos esteticos (plates) y BGAs (se sacan: los plate con Full comboi, o sea sin goods ni bads, y los bga sale con No miss)
* Trae un pase gratis con desbloqueos cosmeticos
* Pasos adaptados a teclado, tanto para configuraciones lineales, como "orginales" (aka: z q s e c)

Contras

-----

I highly recommend it, as it looks like a lot of care has gone into the game. It may still be in early access, but it works much better than many rhythm games at launch (I'm looking at you, djmax, which took a year and a bit to be even halfway functional). Here I'll list the good and the bad.

Pros

* Plenty of content (over 200 songs, about 218)
* Half Double mode returns
* Has several offset settings
* Supports ASIO
* Supports unlimited FPS
* The BGAs are remastered/remade and look sublime
* The audio has also been mastered (Gargoyle no longer sounds terrible, for example)
* Leaderboards
* Theme unlocks by level
* Cosmetic unlocks (plates) and BGAs (these are released: plates with Full Combo, meaning no Goods or Bads, and BGAs with No Miss)
* Comes with a free pass with cosmetic unlocks
* Keyboard-adapted steps, both for linear and "original" configurations (aka: z q s e c)

Cons

* Nerfed steps (no bottom/side brackets) vs its arcade counterpart
* Forever Online (sometimes there are maintenances, and it kicks you out of the session)
* Only 3 modes (freeplay, where you don't "win anything"), challenge (the arcade music train), and division (the base mode, where you level up/battle on the leaderboards)
* Some half doubles have problems with the steps (not functional, if not pointless, like further d25)
* Having to rely on separate programs to be able to use "unconventional" panels/controls (use antimicro, it's better than joy2key and has no latency)
* The aesthetic is kind of "cartoonish"; personally, I don't like it, but I don't hate it either. It would be great if they used the djmax pass system, with skins for the UI
* Regional price (in my country it was 18 USD, but in some countries it's around 50 USD

the The game has a great future ahead of it, it's good, but it feels a bit "incomplete" at the moment, on a scale from 1 to 10, I give it an 8, I had a lot of fun!

(english by google trad. because i'm lazy as hell lmao)

The game is great, the most complete beatgame right now on steam, but the game has a major flaws, like: but:

- timing/offset issues, the game feels BAD, too early and the option to adjust the offset, doesn't work

- the dev team says that problem is a high priority, but, after that comment on the official discord, we have like... 6 updates and nothing about the major problem...

also, this uses Xigncode3, a anti-cheat/drm solution was it's much more agressive than denuvo/riot vanguard also, this is a deal breaker for a lot players

well, if you don't mind for the offset problems, the game is a must have, but some people, who plays games like this on a competitive way, is a BIG problem, at least on ladder matches (because, if you get a TIE, the sudden death round is on hard jugdement, is funny because, a lot of players, gets 100% on plat division, on the sudden death match gets on average, 95/93%, all of that because the offset problems

i recommend this game even with this problems?, YES, is a solid game, really solid, but with some big problems on his back, i hope the developer team read this review

i recommend this game to tryhard people/perfeccionist players? MAYBE, i see a lot of people frustrated (including me) because the timing issue, don't make any sense when are you play a music videogame, you need to hit the notes earlier

EDIT 1: I just play 100+ hours, and, A LOT of problems was fixed (a minor graphics glitches by the way, some stability online, and even we get a free update based on guilty gear *that update on ps4 is a paid dlc*), except the offset issues, at least for me,this is really important

EDIT 2: the game has everything fixed, so... is a must have lmao, and on steam sales, the game is CHEAP, even the base game has A LOT of content!!!

This was a great game, but sucks so bad on amd gpu, and degica never gonna fixes the sync issues, just only release dlcs

if u have a intel integrated graphics/nvidia gpu, buy it, worth... but try to avoid if you have a amd gpu (well, is playable, but only you can "clear" songs only, if u want to get perfect scores.... it's impossible almost)
