As much as open-world games have become over-saturated, this is still a great game. The nemesis system was really interesting and the mechanic added a lot to the gameplay, combat is standard but polished, and hey it's a great Lord of The Rings game; couldn't ask for much more

The glory days of call of duty.

One of the best WWII shooters out there, sticking to realism and the gritty side of war.

Only complaint is veteran mode's notoriously grenade happy enemies

helluva good time, nonsensical fun, and didn't go completely overboard like Saints Row IV.

I'll always be torn between favoring Saints Row II & III (Saints Row 2 had such a great soundtrack and was tons of campy fun!)

The improvements to combat that Bethesda made are commendable. The weapon mod & armor mod system is decent, and the changes to how power armor works is cool ...but it felt like it came at the expense of the established Fallout experience. I felt less immersed with the sparse dialogue options, characters were less interesting, and I felt less inclined to explore every inch of the map, as the Easter eggs weren't as intriguing as they were in Fallout 3 and Fallout New Vegas.

Pure Valve goodness. One of the best co-op games out there to this day

Excellent Turn-Based Strategy Game. I've played it for even more hours on my xbox 360 before I played another 40 hours on the PC

Truly a hidden gem.

I tried playing it on an xbox 360 years ago and didn't get far in to it before feeling like it was too generic... but damn was I wrong. this game has some great nuanced narrative points, like focusing on the global and societal impact of robotics, AI, and the singularity. The main characters seem like simple stereo-types but gradually we're given some level of depth to them. The gameplay is fun though mildly clunky as it was clearly designed for consoles first. The microphone dialogue system is kind of gimmicky, but personally I found that it actually adds to the immersion when you speak to the characters in game and they react. There's some simple rpg elements, you get to pick your squad for each mission, and the pre-rendered videos actually reflect your choices; there's even specific moments where squad members can make special actions if you chose them. (like having the sniper offer to take out some enemies when you creep up, and if you verbally say yes, she will take the targets out for you.

Early Access Review
It's essentially Risk of rain 1 but in a 3D environment. I put many hours in to Risk of Rain on the ps vita and loved the unlimited stacking of items and the rogue-like elements. The 3D environment only makes the game better! Having to find randomly generated item boxes is more of a task, which could be seen as a positive or a negative, but personally I love it.

This game is especially fun when you have 3 other friends playing with you, but i can still enjoy the single player mode or playing with random people online.
